ok we went for the saucony run on 24th May n it was DAMN TIRING! haha.. mayb i nv really train hard cos the max i run continuously was 5km n walk after tt. super super hot day la. n it was only 8am. so many times i go ECP run at 10 then so hot lor. zzz.. ran till abt 7km tt day n i really had to stop adi. after tt it was stop run stop run many times. hee.. in bet got lotsa 100plus n water points where i feel like gulping down all but when u r still running can only sip lor. test ur mental strength man! lol. n i tried drinking some 100plus which gave me alot of gas n i almost puke cos i wanted to burp. hee.. stuck to water after tt! m happy tt i finished my first 10km. timing was 1hr n 32mins! not fast la but tt wasnt the target. =p
went for my jog today as usual n did longer distance non-stop. feels gd, but still feeling fat. :(
juz took a nap for a freaking 2 hrs. shiok man.. refreshed. had brunch after the jog and came home. actually feel very full n almost cant finish the brunch cos i tink we drank too much water. hee.. but now very hungry liao! *roars*
